As for the laptops, they are given out on the first week of every semester.
- University of Phoenix
The University of Phoenix also gives out refund checks and laptops to students. The refund is given either as a direct deposit or paper check depending on the choice of the student.
The refund and laptops are given to the student within fourteen days of resumption.
- Saint Leo University
Saint Leo University is one of the online schools that disburse refund checks and laptops to students. They are given the option of a refund through a direct deposit, paper checks or payment into the student’s BankMobile account
Students who set up a BankMobile account receive a refund within fourteen days of resumption. Else, a paper check will be mailed to the student’s address within twenty-one business days after the funds have been given out.
- Purdue University Global
At Purdue University Global, students get a refund through a direct deposit or paper check at the end of the tenth week after the beginning of the semester.
The laptops get to freshers within the 1st few weeks of resumption.
However, if a student chooses the check option of refund, it is mailed to the student’s address during the delivery period.

Capella University also disburses refunds to students. Students are mandated to choose between direct deposits or paper checks refund options.
Once the student loan is given out and school debts settled, it takes ten working days to get a direct deposit refund and about fourteen days for a check refund.

Students who are registered for a program at Ashford University is entitled to refunds. Normally, there are two refund options, direct deposit and paper checks, depending on the student’s choice.
Ashford University gives out refund checks and laptops through a third-party group called Tuition Management Systems (TMS). The system will process and mail your refund within ten working days. Laptops are delivered during the 1st week of resumption.
- Bethel University
Bethel University also gives out a quick check refund. Depending on the choice of the student, a deposit can be made to the student’s account or a paper check can be mailed to the student’s address. The refund is received within ten working days immediately after debts owed have been settled.
Bethel University offers free laptops to students registered in a graduate or career program. To be qualified for the laptop, the student must be a resident of Tennessee and pursuing a graduate program through Bethel’s Graduate School or College of Adult & Professional Education.
However, free laptops are not issued to students who are registered in the Bethel University College of Arts and Sciences.
- Moravian College
Moravian College is another online school that offers check refunds and laptops. The college gives out a free iPad or Apple MacBook Pro to every fresher, and they are allowed to keep these items after graduation.
To be eligible for the laptop, the student must have made a registration deposit for the program.
