Heisman Scholarship Rules

  • Heisman High school scholarship will be awarded to state winners, national winners and national finalists
  • Winners of Heisman Scholarship must plan for full time enrollment of a minimum of 12 hours per quarter/semester
  • Heisman Scholarship funds may only be used for educational expenses such as books, tuition and fees
  • The scholarship is not restricted to any US institution. Winners of the Heisman Scholarship are free to attend any accredited institution on the United States
  • The Heisman Scholarship award stipend will be paid in a single instalment for a full academic year.
  • If a recipient choose to delay schooling in favor of military service, the funds may be deferred for educational use at a later time
